Meet Scott
Scott Ferguson is the Managing director for The Agency Abaco and founder of SellingAbaco.com. A native Bahamian and Treasure Cay resident, he has spent decades working across construction, marine transport, retail, and development in the islands, which means he brings a builder's eye and genuine market knowledge to every transaction, not just a sales pitch.
Scott specialises in luxury and waterfront real estate across Abaco's most sought-after communities, including The Abaco Club at Winding Bay, Treasure Cay, Elbow Cay, Green Turtle Cay, Man-O-War Cay, Bakers Bay and the surrounding cays. His clients range from first-time Bahamas buyers to seasoned investors, and his approach is the same for all of them: direct advice, honest pricing context, and access to inventory that rarely reaches public listings.
He served five years on the Board of Directors for the Abaco Chamber of Commerce and remains invested in responsible growth across the islands. When he's not working, Scott is on the water between the cays with his partner, Laura, and their rescue dogs, or following his daughter Arabella's graduate studies in Milan.
